All me is a new kind of social platform built on Privacy by Default designed to give people back their digital freedoms by removing surveillance, profiling, behavioural tracking, and algorithmic manipulation from social interaction. As the platform grows, we will begin recruiting individuals who share our commitment to privacy, ethics, and human‑centred technology.
When All me is ready to recruit, all roles will be posted here first. Opportunities will include technical, design, operational, moderation and governance positions supporting the development and expansion of the Independent Identity Network and potential spin off’s.
A core principle of All me is that all moderation will be performed by humans, not automation. We will not use AI‑driven moderation, behavioural analysis, automated flagging, or algorithmic judgement systems. Instead, we will rely on trained human moderators who understand context, nuance, and community standards ensuring fairness, accountability, and respect for individual expression. Human moderation is essential to maintaining a safe environment without compromising user privacy or introducing automated surveillance.
Our recruitment process will reflect the same principles that define All me: transparency, fairness, and respect for individual privacy. We will never sell, share, or monetise applicant data, and all applications will be handled securely through verified channels.
If you are passionate about building ethical technology, restoring digital dignity, and supporting a platform that puts people first, this page will be your first point of contact when recruitment opens.
